I recently visited Pizza Hut Kochchikade before catching my flight at 9 pm. Honestly, I didn’t have a great experience here in the past, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this time, I was really impressed! Even though I was in a rush and didn’t have much time to eat, the staff made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The customer service was excellent – they were polite, professional, and genuinely friendly. One staff member in particular, a lady wearing glasses (I don’t know her name), really stood out. She was so attentive and helpful, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into making sure I had a good experience. It was such a positive change compared to my previous visit. I left feeling happy and satisfied, and I’ll definitely come back again. Thank you to the whole team at Pizza Hut Kochchikade, and especially to the staff member with the glasses – you really made a difference!

A quiet charming place with less people. Our order arrived quickly. As a special feature here, it was mentioned that you can order pizza right from your vehicle. They will deliver your order right to your vehicle. Other than that, there is nothing special. A simple clean place. The washroom was also clean. I can recommend this pizza hut and try it.

I give it a five star. It performed one a good pizza hut level. We ordered two big pizzaes. We are from Norway and on a round trip in Sri Lanka. Nice people

Tried Middle Eastern chicken kofta thin crust pizza. It was really good. The chicken was juicy as the website mentioned. Environment is also not bad.

Similar to other stores this place has adequate space and friendly staff to cater to the clientele. It does get busy when discounts and offers are available. Only major downside is the parking. The dedicated parking will only hold for 3 vehicles which is also affected when motorcycles are parked.

Diyana was amazing! Not only was she very helpful and knowledgeable, but her genuine smile made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. She answered all my questions clearly and handled everything with care. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a warm personality. Highly recommended

We baught Middle eastern chicken cofta and Bacon potato and nai miris pizzas..very good and we can highly recommend this place..very kindly persons there..best service ..
